First, you must have Internet connection. Then you will need to buy a User Account Card for 2 JOD. This card will give you access to your personal online account to view your account information and to recharge your account at www.iocall.com

What is a Soft Phone?
It is a software phone can be downloaded on your computer desktop or laptop from www.iocall.com .
You can also download the user-friendly soft phone manual from the Downloads section of the IOCall website. |

What is an IP Phone?
An IP phone looks like your telephone but is plugged into your modem or hub to make international calls through the Internet. Usually these IP phones would have features such as Phonebook, Speaker, Call Hold…etc. |

Where can I buy an IP phone?
You can buy an IP phone from IOCall’s Sales Department at (06) 510-0330. |

How can I download a Soft Phone?
- Visit http://www.iocall.com and double-click on
“Download Your Soft Phone”
- Save the Soft Phone onto your desktop.
- Double-click on the Soft Phone icon to run the application.
- Enter your Account number and Password. Then press OK.
- Dial any international number (don’t forget to dial the “00” prefix)

What is the difference between a User Account Card
and an International Recharge Card?
A User Account Card is what you buy to set up your account. This account will have an initial balance of 2 JOD. You can recharge your account by buying an International Recharge Card from any retail shop for 2, 5, or 9 JOD.

How can I make an international call?
Once you have bought a User Account Card, you must download your soft phone from our website www.iocall.com . Once your soft phone is downloaded, enter your account number and password to log into your soft phone. Then dial an international phone number by dialing “00” first. |

Can I call any landline or mobile number?
Yes. You can call any landline or mobile number in over 300 countries. |

Can an IP phone or Soft phone make calls
to landline and mobile numbers in Jordan?
Yes, however, these calls will be charged as international calls because they are routed through IOCall’s international gateway. |

Can I surf the web during VoIP calls?
Yes, VoIP allows web surfing while making and receiving VoIP calls at the same time. |

Can I use my regular telephone to make these calls?
For now, you will need a soft phone or IP phone to make calls to countries listed in our rates table located on the IOCall website. |

Can I use any other IP phone to make calls through IOCall?
Yes. We can configure your IP phone to operate on IOCall’s system by giving us access to your IP phone settings. |
